Joint Visits
Joint Visits can be an excellent tool to retain existing and win new business. Having the support of a manufacturer can often be the trick you need to stand out from the competition so we encourage our ADPs to utilise our Experienced Field Sales team and arrange a joint visit at your customer, at our offices, yours or theirs.
Range Selection
We use range selections in several circumstances. Often using the Rock Fall full range wallchart and/or interactive poster creator on our website we can quickly bring together a range offering for a new catalogue offer or specifically for an end-user.
Wellbeing Clinics
Our Wellbeing Clinics are a great way to get more footfall into your store. We can set up a stand on your site of choice, where we use our foot scan machine to identify the arch type of customers.
We then advise on the correct footbed for their foot type.
Product Training
We aim to offer our Authorised Distribution Partners industry leading support to succeed in winning, preserving and growing their safety footwear sales.
Our product training sessions are aimed to give distributors the knowledge to talk confidently about our range, understand how to sell the more technical features and achieve a fair sale price. Sessions can be tailored to different experience levels and cover:
– Safety footwear standards basics, intermediate and advanced
– Components and technologies
– Size or wearer specific hazards including falling objects, chemical, heat, environmental, electricity and static
– Customer industry-specific footwear ranges
– Other services and opportunities
Footwear Development
We have a reputation for prolific levels of new developments in Safety Footwear. By working proactively with our ADPs and industry associations we can design brand new innovations and re-develop existing styles.
In recent years we’ve worked with the likes of Western Power Distribution, the Cast Metals Federation and the Institute of Explosive Engineers to develop new styles that are now part of our Industry Defining Safety Footwear range.
