The start of the process would be for either an Enduser company or their chosen Rock Fall Authorised Distribution Partner to approach us and confirm their chosen style.

The first step is for us to discuss any changes required to the style and provide all logos and pantone colour references for us to design confirmation samples.

Once the style is confirmed by all parties and supply levels are agreed we can arrange full production.

Commonly asked questions

  1. What are the minimum number of pairs?
    The MOQ is 600 pairs per style, per order, this can be split across any agreed size range, in most cases between size 3-14.
  2. What costs are involved?
    All samples are produced at Rock Falls expense and specific costs are dependent on the styles selected.
  3. Can you help us ensure continuity of supply?
    We are well experienced in managing stock levels across size ranges so can work with the Rock Fall Authorised Distribution Partner to ensure appropriate levels are ordered pair style.
