The RF504 Lotus redefines everyday workwear by fusing a timeless, low-profile trainer look with the proven protection that makes Rock Fall trusted on site. A classic cup-sole construction, leather upper and streamlined toe shape give it a modern, street-ready edge while retaining the strength to handle the toughest tasks. Behind the clean design lies serious defence: a steel toe cap guards against impact and dropped equipment, while a flexible penetration resistant protective insert protects against unexpected underfoot hazards. For long shifts on unforgiving floors, a shock-absorbing comfort footbed helps reduce fatigue and maintain support hour after hour. The slip-resistant outsole gives reliable grip and stability across varied surfaces. This is infused with Solum’s Verdura™, a bio-based additive that partially replaces fossil-based chemistry. Built to work hard and look good doing it, the RF504 combines Rock Fall’s hallmark durability with everyday style you can wear well beyond the job.

We guide our materials choices with our published Better Materials Framework, which sets out the criteria a material must meet. This is delivered using leathers sourced from a Leather Working Group rated tannery, textiles made from 100% recycled polyester and recycled TPU in the internal components that maintain the shape of the heel section.
