Comfort Meets Safety: Designed for comfort, protection and agility, the RF115 Bantam Mid-Cut Safety Trainer delivers dependable performance throughout the working day. The mid-cut collar provides additional ankle support, while the breathable water repellent mesh upper promotes airflow to help keep feet cool and comfortable in warmer working environments. The fibreglass protective toecap and penetration-resistant protective insert developed by Activ-Step® Footwear Components provide reliable protection against workplace hazards without compromising flexibility or comfort. Underfoot, the midsole contains 61% bio-based EVA and is combined with our Activ-Step® Adherence rubber outsole. The bio-based EVA is derived partly from sugarcane and is independently certified by the USDA BioPreferred® Program. The cushioned midsole helps absorb impact and distribute pressure more evenly underfoot, supporting comfort throughout extended shifts. The Activ-Step® Adherence slip-resistant outsole delivers dependable grip across a wide variety of surfaces for confident footing throughout the day. In the RF115 Bantam, the upper, lining, laces and sock-liner contain Global Recycled Standard certified recycled polyester, certified by Control Union with License Number: CU1134495, Textile Exchange ID TE-00102059. This mid-cut safety trainer combines comfort, durability and selected materials aligned with Rock Fall’s Better Materials Framework.

Anti-Slip Outsole: Featuring our specially formulated high grip Activ-Step® Adherence rubber outsole, tested to European/UK standards. Using the SATRA TM144:2021 test method we have achieved great slip resistance with the following contaminants: Cooking Oil, Fuel Oil, Water, Glycerine and SLS (as used in most cleaning products) and on surfaces such as, Quarry Tiles, Ceramic Tiles, Steel Tiles and Vinyl Tiles.
