Rock Fall Boot Size Guide
Welcome to the official Rock Fall boot size guide, created to help you choose the correct size and achieve the best fit possible. A well-fitting safety boot is vital—not only for all-day comfort but also for maximum protection and performance in high-risk environments.
How to Measure Your Foot Correctly
To find your true foot size:
– Place a sheet of paper flat against a wall on hard flooring.
– Stand on it with your heel touching the wall and mark the end of your longest toe.
– Measure from the heel to toe mark (in mm).
– Repeat for both feet and use the larger measurement.
– Match your length to our size conversion chart.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up slightly for thicker work socks or orthotic insoles.
Fit Tips for Rock Fall Safety Boots
– Try boots on in the afternoon when your feet are at their largest
– Wear your usual work socks during fitting
– Leave about a 1cm gap at the toe
– Break in your boots gradually over a few shifts
– Avoid sizing too tightly your foot needs room to flex during work
Proper fit prevents blisters, improves support, and enhances safety in demanding tasks. Poor fit can lead to discomfort, reduced performance, and even injury.
