Regional UK Sales Manager (South)

Rock Fall UK are Europe’s leading innovators in Safety Footwear. We have experienced substantial and continuous growth throughout the last 5 years and now have the UKs most diverse range of almost 60 styles, including a portfolio of styles for specialist sectors. Route to market is only via Authorised Distribution Partners.

As we continue to drive forward our reputation at the forefront of safety footwear we are seeking a Regional UK Sales Manager.

A drive to succeed, enthusiasm and a knack for sales are essential in this post as well as a full UK driving licence. A history of B2B sales is a must and we will provide leading industry training on our products and legislative standards to enable you to succeed from day one.

A degree of flexibility is expected in this role to ensure we meet the needs of our distribution partners and their customers. Your role would be focused in the South of England, with particular attention to the West Midlands, South East, London Boroughs and Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strong strategic partnership with our distributors and key end users leading to the positioning of Rock Fall as the first choice for safety footwear
  • Measure current sales within our distribution partners and together with the company Directors develop action plans to increase sales revenue
  • Inputting and keeping up to date the CRM system
  • Build strong relationships with our distribution partners, to create and identify business opportunities
  • Engage with the product development team to win product or solution specific opportunities
  • Identify and target end-user accounts which will provide sales opportunities via our distribution partners
  • Effectively communicate our product technologies, the benefits these bring to the wearer and the added value to the purchasing company
  • Provide input for the long term business plan, including potential new market sectors
  • Exceed sales targets, overcome problems and have a can do attitude
  • Lead presentations, proposals and marketing events
